Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines the shipping terms for orders placed at WildWestBazaar.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


Shipping Destinations & Exclusions

Where We Ship - We exclusively ship to physical addresses within the contiguous 48 United States (Continental U.S.).
Excluded Locations - At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders to the following locations:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military (APO/FPO/DPO) or Diplomatic addresses
  • International locations

Address Requirement - Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address at checkout. If a P.O. Box or excluded address is entered, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders within the Continental United States.
  • Hidden Fees: None. All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Please note that our delivery timeline is split into two parts: Processing and Transit.

  • 1. Order Processing (7-14 Business Days):
    Because every item at Wild West Bazaar is made-to-order just for you, this time is required for our partners to print, manufacture, perform quality checks, and package your items. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing the next business day.
  • 2. Transit Time (5-7 Business Days):
    Once shipped, the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) typically takes 5-7 business days to deliver your package.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 12 - 21 Business Days.

*Note: "Business Days" are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays and weekends.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.

  • How to Track: Click the link in your shipping confirmation email or visit our website's "Order Tracking" page.
  • Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately. Contact us at support@wildwestbazaar.com within 48 hours so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
  • Missing Items: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us immediately.
