Return Window
Customers in the United States have the right to request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Instructions
- Notify Us: To initiate a return, email our customer service at support@wildwestbazaar.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send detailed instructions and a Return Authorization number.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Packaging and Shipping
- Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact.
- Include the return authorization form inside the package.
- Ship the item back to us using the address provided below.
Return Costs
- For Defective Products: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, Wild West Bazaar will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
- For Change of Mind: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., size, style, or preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Specific Conditions for Returns
- Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Defective Goods: If the product is defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a return or refund at our expense.
- Damaged Goods: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods and provide photos. We will review the claim and assist immediately.
- Non-Delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us to initiate a courier investigation.
Refund Timelines and Processing
- Return Timeline: Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be shipped back to us within 14 days.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
- Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized items (e.g., products where you provided a specific family name, date, or custom text to be printed). Our standard made-to-order catalog designs do not fall under this exception and are eligible for return.
