Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Delivery times are estimated to be between 5-7 business days, meaning it will typically take between 12-21 business days to receive your order.

How do I create an account?

Click on the 'My Account' icon at the top right corner of our website and follow the registration prompts.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log in to your account, navigate to 'Account Settings,' and update your shipping information accordingly.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by clicking on 'Order Tracking' in the main menu.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We prioritize your security and do not store credit card information without your consent. You may choose to save your payment details for future purchases during checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we exclusively ship within the Continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.

Will my items come in one package?

Because our pieces are custom-made through our specialized print-on-demand partners, items in your order may sometimes be completed and shipped in separate packages.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. For detailed information, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy Page.

I received the wrong item.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our support team at support@wildwestbazaar.com with your order details and a photo, and we will assist you promptly at no cost to you.

My order arrived damaged.

We're sorry to hear that. Please reach out to us at support@wildwestbazaar.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will work to resolve the issue immediately.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

After contacting our support team and receiving your return authorization, please send returns to our main office: 2152 Jasper Bluff St Unit 205, Las Vegas NV 89117.

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us promptly after placing your order, we may be able to accommodate changes or cancellations before the printing process begins.
